Healthy Ranch Dressing

Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄2 cup walnut oil
  • 1⁄4 cup pickle juice
  • 1⁄4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1⁄8 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper

Directions:

Blend in high speed blender until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
